Hi, I'm Al. I started Al's Finger Licking Good Bar-B-Que in 2003 out of concession stand and worked my way up to a sit-in restaurant in Ybor City in 2009. Now business is better than ever before!The way we barbecue is Tennessee-style. We have a dry rub on our meats and use a tomato-based barbecue sauce. The ribs are smoked for at least 2 hours, chicken for about 2.5 hours, the pork butts 6-8 hours, and the beef for 4 hours. Our sides are cooked fresh daily.
